Spot Treatment

There are many methods which you can implement for your spot. Clay mask is an effective treatment as it dry up excess oil. It usually cleanse, draw out impurities and improve circulation.

Dab clay onto spot, leave it on for five minutes or until dry. Wash off with warm water. Apply acne cream or gel gently with clean fingers. Do not rub and leave it overnight.

Another useful tips are to apply heaps of 2.5% of Benzoyl Peroxide cream. Moisturizer is usually required if you choose this chemical pathway as your skin may become too dry, become flaky and start peeling.

Acne cream or gel formulated with Salicylic acid in botanical base is often gentle to the skin.

Acne gel with tea tree oil has also become popular as this oil is well-known for their anti-bacterial properties. It can kill most skin fungal and bacterial.

Your acne skin care routine has to be consistent otherwise it is not going to work.

Treat

Most acne topical treatment helps to relieve the symptoms of the skin condition. However, to achieve long term results, you have to treat from inside. The best method is to take oral medication. Chemical drugs are for short term intake and therefore their usage need to be monitored. A safe and effective strategy is to take herbal supplements. This will remove toxin from your liver, improve immunity system and slow down bacterial activities.
